I am Laura Lozano and the times I have found myself asking these questions were times when my life was out of sync and it was necessary to make some changes.

We work together, along with your guides and angels, through what needs to be resolved, released and healed causing the dis-ease in your body, mind, spirit and heart.
Your life is filled with many roads to travel. The journey is sometimes filled with beautiful sunshine that warms your face and delights your heart. Then there is the road that is filled with icy darkness that chills you to the bone and you long to see the sun once again. This darkness is like a stone wall that has fallen all around you. As you sit in the midst of the rubble, your first instinct is to run and rebuild the wall with the rubble that surround you. What if this time you sat with the pieces of rubble and allowed them to speak to you? What if?

Shattered life
I sit in the rubble
I cannot move. I feel broken
I hear a voice. I'm not alone
It's time to move. I see the way.
One step, the path is rocky.
I stop.
Can I do this? Will I fall?
Another step, still unsteady
The path is changing. I find my stride.
I lose my way. I trip and fall
I cannot move. I feel stuck
I see a light. I'm not alone
It's time to move. I see the way.
Another step, feeling steady
The path has changed. I found my stride
The light it guides me. I feel its warmth
Its arms embrace me. I feel the love
It lives inside me. It shows the way
The light it is me. It leads the way.
